I chose sobriety in my twenties because I wanted to become someone I could trust.
At the time, I wasn't looking for a perfect life, I was looking for clarity. I wanted to wake up feeling proud of my decisions, connected to myself, and excited about the future I was creating.
That one decision changed the trajectory of my life.
It gave me the space to heal, reconnect with my values, build healthier habits, strengthen my relationships, discover my purpose, and create a life I no longer wanted to escape from.
Today, I combine my personal journey with evidence-informed approaches to habit change, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and intentional living to help other women do the same.
I'm the founder of Evolución Wellness and creator of The CLEAR Method™, a five-week coaching experience designed to help women change their relationship with alcohol, rebuild self-trust, and start living with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
